Ludwig Von Koopa (aka Wolverine Bitch Ass) is one of Bowser's kids and the smartest out of all. He has a single tooth, which is why the video was called "Snuggle Toof". He has the nickname Wolverine Bitch ass from his notable blue hair resembling famous Marvel character Wolverine. He also resembles Beast, another famous Marvel character.
